I provide a place for us to work on developing your self-awareness by gaining an understanding of any stuck repetitive patterns of unfulfilling behaviour or negative thinking.

With self-awareness comes new choices and new choices lead to positive change and a new way of being. I take pride in offering a welcoming and friendly environment in which to explore and resolve difficult issues.

Alongside my work in private practice, I have also work in the local educational system providing therapy and counselling to adolescents and young adults.  

I offer therapy and supervision to people and groups who wish to gain a better understanding of themselves and how they are with others as well as to people with mental health, emotional and psychological difficulties.

I am a qualified TA supervisor. I provide group therapy for couples, supervision or training groups.
